About the program
Dolev Residential Program provides a 24/7 community-based living environment, focused on creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive home.
- Participants receive personalized guidance and support across all areas of life, with the aim of reducing stress, minimizing risky behaviors, and creating a sense of belonging and stability.
The program has no time limit, allowing for flexible transitions between different levels of support and independence — based on each person’s individual needs and choices.
What does the program include?
- A comprehensive multidisciplinary support team, including a social worker, psychiatrist, employment coordinator, and community-based therapies and more
- Ongoing support and customized guidance for each participant’s personal journey
- Assistance in daily life areas such as household management, financial skills, and social interactions and encouraging the use of community-based services whenever possible

Where does the Program take place?
The program is housed in new apartments in a residential neighborhood in Kiryat Shmona.
Each participant has a private bedroom with a private bathroom.
Apartment furnishing and equipment were provided with the support of the National Insurance Institute.
Who is the program for?
For individuals recognized by the Disabilities Administration, autistic adults with challenging behaviors,
who are willing to engage in an intensive and meaningful process.
The program is fully funded and supervised by the Ministry of Welfare.
Admission is subject to approval by an external placement committee and an internal admittance process.

Funding may be available through the Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Security.
