'Accessible to You'

“Nagish Lachem” is a unique employment initiative,
Offering workplace teams and professional groups a break from the daily routine so to engage in an interactive, eye-opening, and enjoyable experience about diversity, inclusion, and invisible disabilities.

Our program participants are hired and paid for their work in this venture. They undergo professional training, elaborate the day’s content and are fully involved in planning and facilitation.

For them it is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employment skills and earn a livelihood.
For you it is an opportunity to engage in an open and respectful dialogue about life with disability, learn about innovative approaches to disability, and share a meaningful, connecting team experience.

The equipment for the initiative was purchased with the support of the National Insurance Institute of Israel.

What’s Included?

Introduction to Avnei Derech - A short, engaging overview of who we are and what we do.
Invisible Disabilities Workshop - An honest and moving human encounter with autistic adults. Together we explore what it means to live with an invisible disability, we break down stereotypes, and learn how to develop a broader, more inclusive mindset — at work, at the supermarket, and in everyday life.
Delicious Dairy Brunch - Take a break, enjoy good food, and connect with the group.
"Project Lens" Escape Box – a group adventure in which you’ll be challenged to solve a series of puzzles that illustrate the experience of living with an invisible disability. To solve the puzzles, you’ll use, among other things, 3D printing, following a brief introduction to the technology and with the guidance of the activity facilitators.
