About the program
Integrating into the open labor market is a key step toward independent and autonomous living, offering both personal fulfillment and financial stability.
The employment track provides each participant with a personalized plan and ongoing support throughout the job search and employment process, including accessibility solutions and mediation with employers.
In addition, or as a standalone service, participants may receive support in academic or vocational studies.
The education track accompanies students with disabilities from enrollment through completion, with a focus on accessibility, reducing barriers, and supporting persistence and success in their studies.
What does the program include?
- Weekly one-on-one sessions to process challenges and develop employment- or study-related skills
- Group workshops on topics such as decision-making and executive functioning
- Individual support during job search, hiring, and ongoing employment / guidance in choosing academic or vocational programs and accessing tuition funding
- Mediation and accessibility support with employers / communication with academic staff, based on the participant’s preferences

Where does the Program take place?
Kiryat Shmona, Haifa, and Ruppin, at the organization’s offices and, as needed, at participants’ workplaces or places of study.
Who is the program for?
The program is designed for autistic adults recognized by the Disability Services Division who wish to integrate into the open job market or pursue academic or vocational education.
The program is funded and supervised by the Ministry of Welfare.
Admission is based on the approval by an admittance committee.

Funding may be available through the Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Security.
